Olajide Makinde
Olajide offers strategic direction for the overall performance of Anchor Strength Protective Services Ltd. He sets high standards, and excellent leadership, and also provides expert capability through versatile work experience he gained while working with multinational organizations, and the Nigerian Navy.
After a successful career with various multi-national and national organisations, Olajide seized the opportunity to Co-found Anchor Strength Protective Services Ltd, culminating in becoming the Managing Partner.
Olajide holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Lagos State University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos.
He is a certified member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International) and other professional and humanitarian organizations.
After a successful career with various multi-national and national organisations, Olajide seized the opportunity to Co-found Anchor Strength Protective Services Ltd, culminating in becoming the Managing Partner.
Olajide holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Lagos State University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Lagos.

Dodd U. Gilbert
Gilbert Dodd, an accomplished corporate and commercial investigator, brings extensive expertise to Anchor Strength. Specializing in background checks, risk assessment, due diligence, and white-collar criminal investigations, he consistently delivers thorough investigative solutions to clients.
Gilbert possesses expertise in global life, health and travel claims investigations, forensic interviewing, fraud detection, embezzlement prevention, and insurance claims. He provides businesses with valuable insights to safeguard their reputation and assets.
Gilbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Investigation specializing in Crime and Intelligence Analysis from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He also completed a Bachelor of Public Safety Administration from the Justice Institute of British Columbia, Canada.

Deinde, an experienced industrial security practitioner for over 20 years, is a versatile Board-Certified Security Consultant with expertise across various sectors including manufacturing, oil and gas, telecommunications, and humanitarian aid.
Deinde excels in managing multi-national projects in high-risk environments, blending technical expertise, academic rigour, ethical standards, and hands-on experience. Recognized as a trainer and certification mentor by ASIS International and the International Foundation for Protection Officers, he has received accolades, including the 'Certificate of Achievements' from ASIS International.
Deinde holds prestigious board certifications including Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), Professional Certified Investigator (PCI), and Certified Protection Officer (CPO). He graduated from the Nigerian Defence Academy with a master's degree in conflict, security, and development.

Oyesola is a member of Anchor Strength's board of directors and the company's lead attorney. Along with helping clients safeguard their assets, personnel, and reputation, he also oversees the embedded consulting services.
Before joining Anchor Strength, he spent over 20 years working in both corporate and academic sectors. He was a Senior Lecturer in the Law Faculty at Kwara State University (KWASU) in Malete-Ilorin, Nigeria.
He completed his studies at multiple universities including the University of Ibadan, Nigerian Law School, Lagos State University, Obafemi Awolowo University, and Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo). He obtained degrees in BL, LLB, LLM, PhD (Laws), personnel management, business, industrial relations, geography, and law.
He is a Nigerian Supreme Court advocate and solicitor. He was a postdoctoral research fellow at North-West University in South Africa.

Abdul Ganiyu is a travel and security risk expert. His vast experience lies in providing customized services for safe mobility, trip coordination, and emergency response.
Abdul Ganiyu has a solid reputation for developing services that are efficient, affordable, and focused on achieving certain goals. He also manages our liaison and regulatory compliance efforts.
Prior to joining Anchor Strength, Abdul Ganiyu held managerial positions at GIG Transport and Logistics Company Ltd. and was a shrewd banker at Zenith Bank. He oversaw the busiest and biggest terminal in Lagos, the southwest region of Nigeria at GIG Transport and Logistics Company Ltd.
Abdul-Ganiyu graduated with a Business Administration BSc and an MSc in Transportation and Logistics from Lagos State University and the University of Ilorin, respectively. He also holds certificates in security operations and management as well as in port facilities and ship security, specifically in the application of the ISPS Code.

Alagbe retired from the Nigerian Navy as a Navy Captain after a distinguished career. He commanded warships and shore establishments and later served as Command Provost Marshall of Western Naval Command, overseeing discipline and ethical values.
He is an accomplished c-suite executive with over 30 years of track record of successful tactical, operational and strategic leadership in seamanship and naval policing.
Alagbe holds two Master's degrees in Strategic Studies from the University of Ibadan and Transport Management (logistics option) respectively, from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State.
He is a Fellow of the National Defence College and an associate of the Certified Institute of Shipping, Nigeria. He is vast in maritime security, particularly on the aspect of the ISPS implementations.
